  • 1. Are the editors qualified?

    Our service offers professional proofreading, which will optimize your written work orthographically and linguistically. Our team of proofreaders consists of experienced and academically trained editors from all fields and guarantees you professional proofreading and high quality.

  • 5. How does the proofreader work with the transcribed part in your paper?

    Our team offers you stylistic editing and rewording of the text. You can request an individual quote after submitting your documents. In urgent cases, an additional fee may apply.

  • 6. What does your corrected paper look like?

    All our corrections are of the same standard and will be sent to you with traceable changes. In addition, you will find comments of the proofreaders in the edited documents to be able to take them into account during a follow-up. 


  • 7. How to delete the correction in the paper?

    Click directly on the respective text , accept the correction and finally delete the marginal comments.

  • 8. How long will a correction take?

    Your text (up to 50 pages) will be edited within a few days. 


    Depending on the amount of work involved, we will make a proposal for the processing time.


  • 9. Tips for booking the correction?

    When making your request, consider your personal time frame and possibly allow time for a follow-up correction. 


    In case of high demand, the order may be rejected before the offer is accepted. For this reason, we recommend booking our service early. 


  • 10. When and how can you book the service of proofreading and corrections with us?

    Our proofreading service can reserve a desired time slot for you if a deposit of 50% of the planned fee is paid beforehand. 


    Before we start working on your paper, the planned fee must be paid in full. 


    If necessary, a subsequent charge may be made if additional pages are added by the customer.


  • 11. How do you pay the deposit and the fee for the correction?

    The SFE offers you the possibility of cash payment or bank transfer to our bank account at Sparkasse Essen. In addition, we also accept payment via PayPal.
